What a titillating dystopia you present Jan! And these paintings are real labours of devotion, I particularly like no. 1.

But also, judging by no. 11, it’s not only human males who need to live in fear. That scary looking monster has been put in his place!
Monster Femdom should be a thing, if the woman is strong & ruthless enough to destroy a monster then that’s an exciting confounding of traditional expectations, most horror movies tend to see the damsel in fear of the beast. Batter those monsters I say, Goddesses!

    • I particularly like this post, it’s inspired on the Viking raids and I’m pleased with the result.
I love the Wicked (aka deadly, evil, ruthless) Female Fantasy genre, but I’m still a complete novice when it comes down to Fantasy books.
Some titels (and covers) are promising, but my definition of “wicked” may differ a bit…or a lot, haha.

Well, monsters and men, what’s the difference 🙂 They’re about primitive & brainless and they both wage war over nothing.
Hence the saying: behind every man is a monster.
I made that one up of course….haha
